When a company is overvalued, that is a direct response of general public opinion, interpretation of its financial situation, the stock market presence, advertising tips and tricks, and many other elements. When a huge corporation wants to dictate a false rhythm, meaning that it will advertise itself as being the greatest seller, their sales will rise because public opinion bows its head to manipulation very easily.

However, let us check a few facts regarding AAPL:

<ul type="disc"style="MARGIN-TOP: 0in">

Number of stocks. AAPL holds number three position regarding their number of stocks in the USA</place /> today (Exxon and Microsoft being leaders). The reason why it holds such a good position is perhaps that the stock itself is overvalued, so even those who were skeptics will invest generously in the blink of an eye. Truth to be said, putting side-by-side Exxon services or Microsoft products, with Apple products are a little different. Of course, Macs and iPODs are good, but not nearly comparable with Microsoft technology.

Apple is standing on unreliable grounds. A small quake and the whole empire will shatter into pieces. Founder and CEO Steve Jobs is the sole visionary and most charismatic member who knows how he wants his products. Unfortunately, designer Jonathan Ive or Phil Shiller will never be able to take over that vision and that charisma.

The press is giving Apple a lot of attention. Wherever you turn your head, you will see a new Apple product concept, or hear about the release of an ultra-modern ultra-light high performance gadget. Nevertheless, what happens if they will fail to live up to consumer’s expectations?

It’s true that it makes astonishing profit from all their products, but still it cannot be put in the same line with top corporations already mentioned which truly rule the software, hardware, electronics gigantic market.

As a conclusion, there are certain factors, which speak in favor of Apple being a ruler (its sales); on the other hand, disadvantages dethrone it (quality and the fact that it is sometimes deliberately overvalued). It seems that Apples value is more media and hype based than actual value. People who play the stock market are for whatever reason hold the company’s stock in good stead maybe because they are afraid to let it fall. As gas oil taught us, investing in the ’safe'stocks may not always be the best option.

Apple seems to be the company that never sleeps, continually surprising tech lovers with something new, exciting and with top-notch efficiency. They have only recently release the new iMac models and boy there are a hit.

The new models are considered the best desktop computers on today’s market; same old sleek design and minimalist style yet offering a breakthrough performance layer. These models will come with processors like Intel Core i3, i5 or even i7, so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs but also your pockets. Starting price is $1,199, which is not even that spicy! These new performance loaded machines will definitely support heavy applications, without any problem. Suiting every career from designers to independent financial advisors.

With an integrated 1333 MHz memory, direct access is supported thanks to the integrated memory controllers. Thus, your system will operate at its best speed and performance always. The graphics are simply amazing and they will definitely enchant all your senses. You have never seen crispier content and imagery elsewhere! All these are possible with the integrated ATI Radeon processor. You can enjoy your 3D games at their fullest capacity, or any other complicated software that needs such complex support. The viewing angle is one of 178 degrees, thanks to the IPS innovative technology (In Plane Switching).

You can add memory if you need it with the help of an integrated SD memory card slot (also supports SDXC format). If you decide to purchase the new iMac, you will also receive the magic mouse. For a small fee, you can make the magic trackpad yours as well, which is compatible with most desktop computers.

As applications go you will receive iLife from Apple, which is a suite of applications that are very nice and will make your life easier when listening to music, setting up your music lists, making videos, or even learning how to create music. All these at a relatively low price it is worth the investment, especially if your desktop computer is a little worn out, given the modern technology rules.

These new models will certainly leave you wondering what more can the folks at Apple dream up.

Apple came up with a sleek design, compact receiver of digital media, which will let you stream iTunes content through your desktop or laptop computer. Its first release was in 2007, and it presented 40GB of storage. Later the same year, Apple TVs came with 160 GB storage, leaving room for even more content and hours of fun. You can connect it to your LCD or plasma TV with the help of RGB input or the HDMI cable. The setup is quite simple, so one can easily call this little device a plug and play style gadget.

Regarding the design of the Apple TV receiver, it is the typical Apple style and one can even compare it to the MAC Mini! Its case is a square with rounded corners shape, measuring around 20 centimeters in diameter and about 3 centimeters in width. This is what you will receive in packaging:

<ul type="disc"style="margin-top: 0in;">

Apple TV receiver device

A mini remote control

Usage manual

Power lead

The best option is to connect your device with the help of a HDMI cable, since it is much better than using the RGB-to- SCART option. Once you connect the little device, here is what you can do:

<ul type="disc"style="margin-top: 0in;">

View photos in slideshow

Watch tons of video from the Internet, directly on your flat screen TV. You can choose between many options such as the popular Youtube, entering the iTunes Store, MobileMe, and other such platforms.

You will have access to a large number of shows, music videos, movies, and all these in a high definition format for your viewing pleasure.

After you connect it the first time, you will notice a very user-friendly menu setup, with organized tabs, so that you will quickly find what you re looking for. Software updates are available from time to time, so do not forget to update so that you can bring out the best of your device’s usability. Currently it sells by apple store at $229, so you do not want to miss it. Bring the whole media universe right in your living room!

Most of the Apple products created a buzz in the market and then, revolutionized many aspects of computing of their age when they were launched by Google. The most recent examples of this were iPod, iPhone, and then, the all new iPad. The all new iPad became a sensation in the mobile computing market being one of the latest Apple-powered tech toys that promised something to each one of us. The factors that accounted for this were, great multimedia support with iTunes, support for wireless Web through Wi-Fi and 3G both, sleek design, portability, wealth of available applications, a killer user interface Apple have been famous for.

Being an Apple enthusiast and a person who spends their life working in apple mac support, I bought my iPad within first few days of its launch after waiting in the queues of people wanting to get their hands on it. The excitement phase continued until I actually started travelling with my iPad and thought, it should now replace my laptop, of course for simpler tasks than programming and here is what I found:

<ol type="1"style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm"start="1">

There was no office suite, but there are Pages, Numbers, and Keynote available that are actually the iPad based Text editor, Spreadsheet, and presentation software respectively. Unfortunately, usability and feature wise they just cannot be compared with MS Office applications, not even with OpenOffice.org suite. They seem to just fit the slot just for the heck of it, but for no frequent (or professional) use really.

Fairly limited multitasking is really a painful thing after you have spent a good amount of money and had built huge expectations buying an iPad. You can listen to music while you work, but you can’t edit your text in the text editor in order to paste it back into the e-mail you’re composing in Gmail.

Lack of camera really surprises me, especially because the relatively junior device, iPhone 4, sports a sexy Facetime app supporting the use of two cameras.

No USB ports and which is why, I still need access to a proper laptop or desktop just in case I need to store some downloaded data to carry it to a client’s place

No support for the standard RTF (Rich Text Format) format, which makes creation of portable rich text content a nightmare.

I have now accepted the reality that I was wrong to expect a replacement of my laptop with iPad. In my view, iPad is a device for some very lightweight work, presentations, Web on the move and utilizing some Apple specific features, not the PC specific features.

The Mac Mini is a radical change for Apple Computer Inc and also for the ever robust Macintosh. This is actually the lowest-cost personal computer that Apple has ever sold and this model is quite different from the business model that Apple has bigmouthed about.

This new version is rather a re-package more than a revolution in technology as it uses quite the same features with a different approach and advancements. Though critically priced at between £350-£500, it does carry enough punch needed to deliver a reliable PC. The Mac Mini is loaded with features such as a 1.25GHz processor, CD-RW/DVD-ROM, 40GB hard drive, modem and ATI Radeon 9200 chipset. There are also other version of these mini’s which are priced according to the features that are included.

The design is user friendly and is somewhat similar to the I-pod. Crystal clear pictures can be enjoyed with its cutting-edge technology in visual graphics and conventions.

The Mac Mini is fitted together with immaculate precision. There are certain special instructions that you need to follow even for opening it! Hacking this will quite difficult and tricky and if you manage to break the code, Apple declines all warranty that is applicable for it so you will have a tough time finding apple mac support.

Performance wise, it is quite encouraging. It performs well with a good RAM and the motherboard is undeniably in perfect sync with the key ports making for a satisfying use. However, the visuals get fuzzier with analog VGA monitors. Anyways, LCD has become the in thing nowadays!

If your prefer you have the option of having Apple upgrade to a AirPort Extreme card or Bluetooth. This device also is very quiet and is possible the quietest Mac around. It is even difficult to hear in an already quiet room. Apple should be proud of this feature.

Another noticeable feature of the Mini is how cool it remains even while running applications.

When you are buying a Mac, you need to analyze your own needs and resources for getting it as it a costly affair. Now, prices coming down, you can close your eyes and buy this beauty as it exemplifies the superb technicalities of the original version and provides value for money.

When people say that technology is becoming revolutionary, boy it is so true. The iQue application for the iPhone is truly remarkable and once you use it, you’ll never know how you lived without it. To think, that you will never have to forget something again.

You’ll always remember your first grade teacher’s name, the street your cousin lived on, and even the name of a hard to find movie. It’s all right here in this application. You may find it impossibly challenging to remember a license plate number, or remember which Ealing flats and houses for rent you looked at last weekend? Well, with this application it’s easy as cake.

Upon using the application, I was simply blown away. It’s easy, fast, and virtually endless. I can literally type in “Movie with the spiders”and what do you know, I get the title of a movie that used to terrify me as a child, “Arachnophobia.”And what makes this application even better, it’s free. So if for some strange reason you’re not satisfied with it, you can always delete it, and not lose a dime. Free is normally good, but in this case, its mind boggling.

If I had to recommend one application to a new iPHONE user, this would most likely be the one I’d recommend. And if you don’t believe me, try it! I’m nearly positive you won’t be disappointed. And for new users, don’t worry. It’s not hard to use one bit. It’s so easy, a caveman can do it! One more thing to keep in mind though, you will have to take the time to put most of these reminders into the application, but 2 years down the road when you forget someone’s name, and you can flip through the application and find it with relative ease, you’ll thank me. And I’ll go ahead and tell you that you are welcome ahead of time. Because you are. Have fun and enjoy your new app!

The iPod Shuffle is the forgotten sibling of the iPod range. Often overshadowed by its largely popular siblings iPhone, iPad and iPod touch the iPod Shuffle isn’t as popular as the rest of the iPod family. Yet the iPod Shuffle has features and attributes worth noting, and if you are planning on purchasing a new MP3 player, these are the reasons as to why that MP3 should be an iPod Shuffle:

1. The iPod Shuffle is the smallest iPod of the range. If you like compactness, this is definately the iPod for you. It weighs just 0.38 ounces with the aluminium cover, (0.61 for the stainless steel cover) either way it is pretty light. It is 1.8 inches tall, 0.7 inches wide and o.3 inches thick, I think you’ll agree that that is pretty small.

2. Despite it being smaller than a battery, it certainly does better for playback. When fully charged, this tiny Shuffle gives you up to 10 hours of playback, with its built in polymer lithium battery. No faffing around with batteries as with older MP3 players.

3. The iPod shuffle may be tiny, but its controls are easy to use, which are found on the earphones as a remote control. It beats any other MP3 because you don’t have to take out your Shuffle to change the track or volume while running or on the train, you can control it all from your earphones.

4. The iPod shuffle now has a feature called ’VoiceOver'which tells you the name of the song that is to play as well as the name of the artist. With the iPod Shuffle’s large capacity of 4GB or 1,000 songs (5th reason why you should buy the Shuffle) you’re bound to listen to a track you’ve forgotten the name of. If you press the centre button of the remote control on the earphones, the VoiceOver function tells you the name of the track and the artist, without interrupting the song itself. You can also hear the titles of your playlist if you continue to hold the centre button.

The iPod Shuffle may lack a screen which most other MP3 players including iPods have, but it makes up for its deficiencies with its unique features like VoiceOver and its easy to access controls. The iPod Shuffle is a compact yet robust MP3 player which comes in a variety of colours including a modern stainless steel finish.

So you are now the proud owner of an iPad. You’ve seen all the press info regarding the iPad and its release and two days after it has been released, you couldn’t wait to buy one. Now it is all about filling your new iPad with apps, and here are five essential apps for your new iPad:

1. Scrabble is an all time favourite. But you can’t play it on the move, even if you invested in a travel version. But the new iPad Scrabble app can be played on the move, and all with the touch of a finger. Being on the iPad means you can play your old favourite without faffing around dropping and losing tiles, as well as get hints, customisable levels and rules, plus you can play with friends either with you, or on Facebook. Just try that with a conventional Scrabble board! It only costs £2.99 too, much cheaper than the board game price. Scrabble

2. Nigella Quick Collection turns your iPad into a cookbook. No more messing about with old cookbooks that end up damaged and soaked with tomato sauce, use your iPad to cook smart with a leading UK chef. You can learn to cook her dishes with innovative recipes, videos which are more helpful than an old cookbook and even a shopping list for each recipe so you can find out beforehand what you need for the dish in question. At £4.99, it is cheaper than a cookbook from a bookshop that is soon covered in sauces and spills only a week later. Nigella Quick Collection

3. Isn’t is boring when you are studying Chemistry and you have to look at that old periodic table which is ultra small and hard to read? There’s an app for that too, called ’The Elements'Not only do you get the 118 elements with atomic numbers and masses, this is the next level as you can see what the actual element looks like, its origins, discovery and importance. You get a lot more info compared to the old periodic table. It costs £7.99. ’The Elements’

4. If you love reading Marvel Comics like Spiderman and X-Men, you can do it with the touch of a finger with the iPad. The Marvel Comics app allows readers to read digital comics with ease, zooming in to see pictures, great for those who may find it hard to read. The app itself is free, although a subscription to Marvel Comics may be required. Marvel Comics

On the 28th May, Apple releases the new iPad in stores all across the United Kingdom. However, some people will dread this day and declare their hate for the new iPad, and several reasons as to why they may avoid the iPad like the plague are:

1. The battery. Despite an impressive 10 hours of battery life, (and 9 hours on the 3G models), some people cannot ignore the annoying story of how Apple like to make our lives harder by sealing the battery on the iPhone and iPad to make our lives harder so we cannot replace the battery ourselves and we have to send it to them to get it changed. This means a large cost to simply change the battery (it costs $99 in the US), but this may be justified as the iPad itself costs in excess of £500 but remember, the iPad will need to be sent in, and if you are an iPad lover, could you do without it for a week for the sake of a battery? It would be easier, cheaper and take no more than a minute to change the battery on a normal notebook.

2. No HDMI capability. So in the rush for HD, you’d expect the iPad to be with the times, however there is no HDMI so it will be a pain to watch videos in HD on your TV or desktop from your iPad. If you love your HD and boast about how you’ve bought a Blu-Ray player and LED HD TV, should you really bother with buying an iPad if you love HD?

3. No USB capability. This one’s annoying as I have loads of accessories which plug into USB connectors on my laptop like my wireless mouse, digital camera and printer. Apple have ’forgotten'to add USB ports and instead created little adapters to connect USBs and your digital cards to the iPad. Not only do you empty your bank account for the iPad but now you need to buy accessories and attachments which would have already been included on a laptop or computer as standard. Not to mention if the iPad conks out for some reason, instead of getting all the information I need off an external hard drive right away, I am stuck sending the thing off to data recovery London. Not stoked…

4. No widescreen. The iPad has a 4:3 screen which is pretty unacceptable as widescreens revolutionised our viewing over ten years ago (the same way HD changed the way we watched TV only a few years ago). Anyone with a HD TV will not go back to the old CRT TV, so why go back to a 4:3 screen from a widescreen 16:9?

5. As an Apple product, it will only run programmes from the Apps store. On a notebook, you can install whatever you want and need, and if you did chuck away your old work computer in favour of the iPad, thinking that there really is an app for anything, what if your boss sends you documents in MS Word? And Microsoft are declaring that they will not make an app for it either…

The iPad is to be released on the 28th May in the United Kingdom, from £429. While there has been a mixed reaction, with some people declaring they will not touch one with a bargepole, here are five reasons as to why you SHOULD buy an iPad from someone who specializes in Apple Mac Repair London!

1. We remember when the Macbook Air first came out, was uber thin at its time at 1.94cm and weighed about 3.0 pounds. However the iPad blasts these figures out of the ballpark, with a thickness of 0.5 inches and a weight of 1.5 pounds, smaller than a magazine, ultra portable compared to a laptop.

2. iPhone users across the world love their iPhone for the touchscreen internet. We’ve certainly never seen a viable laptop/notebook competitor with the same technology until the iPad. Get the same great iPhone style internet in a larger screen, so you can flick through windows, check your email or do some internet shopping all at your fingertips.

3. The battery life, need I say more? You get 10, count them, 10 hours of uninterrupted battery life on your iPad. The battery in the iPad was derived from the Macbook’s battery. The iPad 3G uses a little more battery, but you still get a good nine hours from it. The battery life, and its size and weight make the iPad perfect for flying commuters.

4. Choose from Wireless and 3G connectivity. The iPad can connect to the internet via built-in 802.11n for fast Wi-Fi connectivity, there are 3G models which also take advantage of 3G connectivity of up to 7.2Mbps and Bluetooth 2.1 to connect your devices wirelessly (did I mention the numerous accessories available which complement your iPad beautifully, like the Apple Wireless Keyboard)

5. This goes without saying, but it has to be mentioned. You can kit out your iPad just like your iPhone with millions of apps to do literally anything you want. Play Monopoly or Scrabble on your Ipad with no faffing around with board pieces, download and read books on your iPad, a new reading experience or simply browse Facebook and listen to some music on last.fm

The iPad is the new wave of technology and you would be mad not to buy it. It costs around £429 for the basic 16gb Wi-Fi model, there are other models available, just check out the iPad Apple store for more information.
